So, I bought a GoPro knock off and I love it, but I thought it needed an upgrade. So I made these labels in Express. Imma take some sticker paper to work and print a few of these to relabel the cam. They are sized to fit on the front of the camera and make me laugh every time I look at it. Sadly express doesn't have Neuropol font so I decided to go all in on it being more than a little off. These are tiny, 1*.4 inches. I might print a few larger. Bwhahahahahha I amuse myself.

Results: the inktense blocks were used in a wetted gel plate, allowed to dry then transfered with white liquitex basics and a layer of gesso placed on top of the print. The inktense is crisp and intensely colored. Good stuff.

My mom bought the whole family these hats with rechargeable LED lights in them. They are surprisingly nice and bright. I'll be wearing them in my morning and evening walks when it's a bit warmer. I might need to figure out how to attach it to another hat though. Hilarious but also useful

Someone hit my Amazon wishlist and sent me this stuff. Dude, if you have never used it, this is the shiiiiiit for bulking up grips on pens, pencils and etching tools. SO. MUCH. MORE. COMFORTABLE!!!! It is a silicone tape that sticks to itself and can be easily removed from the tool it is used on. I use it over cheap silicone pencil grips or corks to make grips- super sturdy and wipes clean. I did a recent YouTube video on it. Grab yourself a roll and feel comfort. (It makes a stuff grip, there are other tapes that make squishy grips. Get road bike bar tape, and then throw a wrap of this over it.) Also, if you are a cord killer, you can wrap where your cord meets the usb hump with this to prevent fraying.)

Out with the old and in with the new. The new is a little pocket notebooks by @pencilution that I trimmed to fit this notebook cover. The book feels a smidge too small for me, so I'll likely switch back to a regular sized cover soon. That is to say standard field notes size. I have... A half dozen or so covers ready to go... Anyway. After the book from Johnny I've got one more of this size then I'm going back. I should make a vlog about my use of pocket notebooks and how they are my second brain.

Attempting to rejuvenate some old crusty gel plates. The tip about putting a sheet of paper on top and then weighting them overnight to 24 hours works fantastic. This tip is to slather them with baby oil, let them sit, wipe down with a baby wipe, slather them again, and let them sit coated with baby oil for a few hours then wipe down again and see how they respond. Short terms results were positive- that is to say a deep clean with a baby wipe and the oil were good, I had good release from the plates. So I am hopeful that a longer soak will work well too.

Two gelli prints using a yeates makes embossing technique. Embossed into Matt board and printed a few dozen times. Had to re emboss once some good crisp prints and some that were shite. These are gifts for a friend or two.

Pocket notebooks in a cover and the baronfigxclear journal decorated and made mine. #makeitmine I trimmed down one of @pencilution pocket notebooks to fit the cover. Love the new paper. I'm using the found metropolitan until it does, then I'll refill it with a fresh new Pentel pro refill and will pass it on to a student. Or I might decorating. I dunno.
