Tomorrow I bottle my finished kombucha. Today I brew the tea. In the back is roobois with a few decaf black tea bags, next to that in the gallon jar is the decaf 50:50 decaf green and black tea. The 3 quart Mason jars are puerh 1st, second, and 3rd brews. Once I can handle the bags, I'll remove them and add sugar; 1 cup for every intended gallon. These will sit overnight with lids on. Not pictured is the grated ginger I added to organic pear nectar and the pureed frozen sweet and tart cherries that I will use to flavor tomorrow's 2nd ferments/bottle condition for carbonation. Those went into the fridge. #kombucha #homebrew #fermentedlife
