Hot spicy moose jerky. Using the powder I made after my Blue Scorpion hot sauce was fermented I marinated this meat over night with some dehydrated and powdered blueberry, salt, cracked black pepper, and apple cider vinegar then dehydrated it. It is so damn good. The burn lasts awhile but feels good the blueberries are sweet and the imani of the ferment is killer. The burn is just right and lingers.
