Grilled chicken. Brined in a subtle pickle brine. Fresh not pickle juice. Vinegar, salt sugar, water, dill, and other spices. Marinated for 24 hours. Grilled to perfection. So darn good. Will make again, but will add some heat and more pepper and more allspice. #eatgoodfood #citysteading #cookshit #cookgoodfood #grilling
