I told my coworker about the roast I made last night which resulted in Korean BBQ sauce and meat drippings in the bottom of my pan. He sent me a video from his favorite meal from his favorite restaurant in Korean using the same sauce and dripping. This is my riff on that- leftover BBQ meat, cabbage sliced thin, rice and leftover sauce, egg, and cheese. It is soooooooo darn good. #eatgoodfood
