I can understand why people went wacky over the atomic grape tomatoes and then were salty. They are deceptive in figuring out.if they are ripe. They start to soften when they are green but aren't ripe until they are streaked with orange. The skin is resistant to splitting and if they aren't dead ripe the skin can be tough. BUT if you can wait holy crap they are stunning and tasty AF. Sweet a hint of south and they are juicy with a decent amount of pulp but not too much. Plus, look at that inside. Damn.
