I meant to take a pic if this before I dug in, but I made a fresh tomato, herb and cheese galette. I should have let the salted tomatoes drain longer but damn the flavor. Combination of Brad's atomic grape, black krim, Rutgers, and jubilee. Sage, basil, thyme, rosemary, and oregano for herbs some.baked in and some on top fresh. I could eat the whole thing. #eatgoodfood #growshit #suburbskills
