I'll be bottling #kombucha tomorrow. These are my experiments for my next round. Houji-cha and black tea then jasmine needle and super green in the other container. I've gotta say that the super green and jasmine looks like swamp water but smells AMAZING. The houji-cha has a nice toasty smell that pairs well with the black tea. Can't wait for this round to finish. The last vat will be 50/50 green and black decaf.
