Mango flavored hipster booch aka kombucha a little too sweet for my taste but still kombucha. 2 days at 2nd ferment, nice fizz in this bottle. Looking forward to how it tastes in 3 or 4 days. My next batch is looking great too, strong vinegar smell already and the scoby looks awesome. Will likely be ready for bottling before we're done drinking the first batch. #homebrew #kombucha
