Dill pickles! 2.5lb of pickling cukes from the farmers' market, dill, garlic, pepper corns and some kraut juice to super charge the ferment. For tannins I used raspberry leaves from my yard. I cannot wait to get into these. #fermentedlife #urbanoasis #citysteading #cityfarm #fuckyeahferments
