I racked the hydromel last night and the clarity has improved greatly. You can't see.it.in this.image but the clarity is at the bottom of the label. It is clear and.golden colored. I tested the ABV and it is just over 12%. Testing was green and rocket fuel like, very harsh. As it aired off the gates it mellowed a bit, but I suspect this won't be ready to drink until November. #fermentedlife #homebrew #mead #citysteading #urbanoasis
