Also still fermenting. Much of this will be finished soon. I have some serious kahms yeast on a few of these and its bumming me out. The ginger lemongrass is definitely done, I can't wait to blitz it this weekend and bottle it up. The thai mango might be done too. The Korean inspired hasn't puffed in awhile so might be neatly done. Red Death V2 might be close, gonna let it age a lot longer since we're only 1/2 way done with V1. Lots of good stuff here.
