Oh man #Basic Pumpkin Spice Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is done. The fermentation settled and stopped for a full week. Added some white vinegar to loosen it up, not quite pourable but it'll squeeze out of the bottles. I made a half gallon. . Heat is hot for non pepper heads but mild for anyone into hot sauces. It hits like a ghost pepper, builds up and then burns. Flavor is sweet, spiced, and tart. A hint of floral from the peppers. It'll be perfect on eggs.
