This journal was made by me and it was the first multi signature journal that I made. It is a truly horrible structure and I'm surprised that it survives and has survived my former evil dog and the may moves since it was created and used.

I love this one, too, Leslie. It's amazing that you did this all on a vacation. I like it, even though it's not in perfect condition (maybe because it's so very well used)...
the paper in this w very rough to begin wih- it was some of the first hand made paper I ever made, and it's recycled. THe edges were very rough, oddly the only thing the dog ate was the raffia on the spine. He had puled it out very carefully, like he was pulling he stitches out of a hem. He only tore spine a few place, so it's very strange to look at and realize that a dog ate the spine off it.
It was a great week. We relaxed a chilled out in this great little camp, read by gas light and woke with the sun.
