Daikon fermenting. Roughly 1 gal (1.7kg) with a 5% brine. Inocculated with some juice from my last radish ferment. Really excited to get into these in about a week. #fermentedlife #fermentstuff #citysteading #urbanoasis #foodporn #lactofermentation the daikon were grown by my dad and ignored by deer out in the woods of Maine. They will be delicious in a week.
