This was a whim. 5 thai hybrids seeded, 2 habaneros seeded, 1 lemon zester and juiced, 2.5 cups of pureed red bell, 5 cloves of garlic crushed and chopped. Inocculated with radish brine. not totally pureed together because of the narrow mouth jar. This will be hot AF when finished but tastes amazing already- like sweet peppers. #fermentedlife #fermentstuff #citysteading #urbanoasis #foodporn #lactofermentation
