Last night's apples have cooked down by half. I'm going to add more before I add any sugar. I will put 2 cups of plain unseasoned into a vac bag and freeze it for making a brisket or other slow cooked piece of beef. The rest will get sugar and lots of spices. Nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, vanilla, and cardamom. That'll get put into jars hot and pressure canned. #fermentstuff #preserved #urbanoasis #citysteading #cityfarm #ruralandurbantogether
