Doesn't look like much, but this is 1.5gal of spicey spiced ginger ale. It'll finish crisp and dry and I'm planning on stopping the ferment at about .5% and pasteurizing. Using Notingham ale yeast for awesome flavor. The ginger and black pepper really hit on the tongue and the cinnamon, allspice, clove and cardamom are in the nose. #fermentedlife #noms #urbanoasis #citysteading
