I did 2 more copies of the forest plate. This time inked with a loose blue black. I dig it more this way. The looser ink and increased press pressure gave a much better print. Also the looser ink really lifted off the plate. The upper areas were nearly clean of ink when I finished. This paper is awful though. It was decently damp but still buckled. I have no idea what kind of paper it is. I suspect it is a mixed media paper, just a thin one.
