My basic Halloween pumpkin spiced ghost pepper hot sauce finally has positive pressure from fermentation. It took 2 days for the ferment to get going. I was a bit worried about it. The thai hab hot sauce is looking really good. The kombucha is ready to bottle tomorrow night.
