Jerk paste. We ran out of garlic powder, used fresh cloves, wife doesn't like chipotle so I fire roasted some of my own chilies and ground those in, fresh thyme the smell is amazing and it's hot AF. Got the basic recipe from @halfbakedharvest book and @srahkaydee telling me it was amazing and smelling her lunch. This is going on pork instead of shrimp. I'll be making a large quantity of this to keep on hand for future quick meals. #eatgoodfood #growshit #hotpeppers #urbanoasis #citysteading #cityfarm #foodporn
