I've ignored the fermentation shelf for the holiday season. Adding a small ferment called holiday hell. Very simple mash of cranberries, apples, clementines, and habaneros in 3% salt. I'll let.it ferment for a few months and taste test. Also have a similar cooked sauce going using sugar instead of an apple. #fermentstuff #fermentedlife #citysteading #cityfarm #pepper #hotpeppers
