My "basic" Halloween pumpkin spice ghost pepper hot sauce. It's going to ferment for a few weeks and we'll see how hot this is. I tested it and the roasted pumpkin added a lot to the flavor, the pumpkin spice was nice and the ghost pepper was pretty mellow. 4 of them in this half gallon Mason jar. I added a bunch of sweet bell peppers to give it more pepper flavor. The taste I had was great.
