The honey fermented garlic looks amazing.the jar tipped over and about a tablespoon of it leaked out. The homebrew airlock is still working and definitely slowed the flow of honey out. I don't know what I'm going to cook with it but some of this is getting used this weekend. The garlic has started to change color into amber color of the honey. I need to make another batch. #fermentedlife #fermentstuff #citysteading #urbanoasis #foodporn #inmymouth
