The fermentation shelf is getting full. I can't fit I all into the pic. Brines, kombucha, hot sauces, daikon, ginger bugs, and ketchup. All of it looking good. I pulled the peach cayenne hot sauce and preserved lemons for dinner. I used 1/4 of a lemon, thyme, and a minced fermented garlic clove in hamburger. Formed into a party and grilled. Unbelievable. Then topped with the hot sauce. #fermentedlife #fermentstuff #citysteading #urbanoasis #foodporn #lactofermentation
