Tepache is one of the easiest and tastiest quick ferments I've ever done. You need a gallon jar, the peel and core from a pineapple, 1/4c brown sugar, 1/4c of white sugar and enough filtered water to cover everything and then a fabric cloth and an elastic to cover it. I. Warm weather it's good to drink in 2 or 3 days but this will take a week or so to ferment and be tasty. Plus you get to eat a pineapple. You can add some spices, I sometimes add a chili, but like it plain the best. #fermentstuff #fermentation #tasty
