Sprouts and jerky. The jerky is moose meat from my Dad marinated in a umami punch of fermented blueberries, garlic, peppers and thyme with some.black pepper salt and a bit of tenderizing apple cider vinegar. The sprout are a zesty blend. I'll have them in a salad and a side treat of jerky. #makergonnamake #eatgoodfood #foodie #hotpeppers
