The next part of the burritos, black beans. These were soaked and then rinsed. Added enough water to cover them. 1 packet of ham saizon for smokiness, 1 small onion quartered but kept attached, 1/2 tsp of my taco seasoning, 4 cloves garlic smashed, 1/4 c home rendered lard, 2 pickled jalapenos. It'll cook on high for as long as it needs to or until the beans are soft and a few melt to thicken the sauce. Also cooking brown rice to get hit with lime and cilantro. Yasssss to burritos. #foodporn #foodie #covidalypse Everything I've posted today is dirt cheap and can be made easily. It just takes time. I spend about half a weekend day a week prepping food for the following week so I don't have to think about cooking all week.
