The start of dal. It will get lentils and tomatoes then some cream to finish it off. Added a bit more chili than it called for and whoa. I used my own special chili powder from a ferment that had loads of ginger, so good. #cookshit #cookgoodfood from @smittenkitchen the whole house smells like garam masala #vegetarian
